Cave Creek Homes For Sale AZ

Paradise Valley, located in Maricopa County, is an affluent town known for its quiet, country living.  Its name comes from the area that expands north from the Phoenix mountains to the McDowell Mountains in the east.  The luxury homes are complemented by views of Mummy Mountain, which sits in the center of town.  Paradise Valley is bordered by the Camelback Mountain on the south and the Piestewa Peak mountainous area on the west.  The town’s motto, created by residents, says “there is a reason we call this valley ‘paradise.’”  This reason is made apparent when you consider the upscale homes and residents’ wonderful proximity to amenities.

Real estate in Paradise Valley is coveted for its prime location.  The calm, small-town way of life is met with convenience because the cities of Scottsdale and Phoenix are only a short distance away.  This means residents never have to travel far from home for dining, shopping, and recreation.  The housing options in Paradise Valley consist mainly of single-family homes, but there are also condos available.  The homes are designed for an upscale budget and have luxury amenities, as well as stunning desert views from the windows.

In Paradise Valley, residents are never far from great activities.  A main cultural centerpiece is the Goldwater Memorial, a statue commemorating Senator Barry Goldwater’s service.  The sculpture is surrounded by local plants and there is a path for visitors to see his quoted beliefs etched in stone.  Since Paradise Valley residents are close to Scottsdale and Phoenix, a variety of shopping and dining places are only a short drive away.  To relax in style, there are several upscale spas and resorts in the community.  For instance, Hermosa Inn offers a boutique getaway among the spectacular Arizona scenery.

Golfing is a major attraction in Paradise Valley and the surrounding area, which are home to golf courses set against beautiful desert landscapes.  Camelback Golf Club, located in Scottsdale, boasts two 18-hole, championship courses.  It also features a clubhouse for members’ gatherings.  For other ways to stay active, nearby Scottsdale has a number of trails for hikers and bikers to enjoy.  Pinnacle Peak Park has a path for horseback riders and rock climbing.
